Our blowers operate on standard household electrical outlets. We require a dedicated 20-amp circuit within 50 feet of the setup area for each inflatable unit to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Inflatables are best set up on flat, grassy surfaces. We secure every jumper with heavy-duty anchors or sandbags. Please clear the area of any sharp objects, rocks, or debris before our arrival.

Safety is paramount. In case of severe weather, high winds, or heavy rain, we will work with you to reschedule your rental. Our team monitors forecasts closely to ensure a safe event.

For the safety of all participants, adult supervision is required at all times when the inflatable is in use. A responsible adult must oversee the activity to ensure rules are followed and fun is had safely.
